Our clients are the most important aspect of our business and we realize that investing quality time with them is mandatory to establish lasting, trustworthy relationships.
Our specialties fall under three primary categories:
First is our traditional sales and listing services. We focus on selling coastal properties in San Diego and have broadened our reach enabling us to work with buyers and sellers throughout the county.
Next we have our Short Sale Transactions. Because of the state of our economy, selling a home for less than it’s current market value has become more and more common. This is a challenge for most but our experienced staff has a phenomenal track record of successful Short Sale Negotiations and sold homes.
Finally is our Real Estate Owned or “REO” business. These are foreclosed homes that the lender has taken back for non-payment. We have established solid relationships with the largest institutions in the country and the asset management companies that represent them.
Because of these relationships and superior service, we are poised to take on any challenge a buyer or seller might have and help them emerge with the most profitable solution available.
